May Musings - how can you feel safe in your own expansion?

The most creative act is the act of creating yourself. But with that usually comes an entire pile of limiting beliefs and fears. So our question this month Is: How can we feel safe In our own expansion?
In this months musings, I think it's time I got very intimate and personal. I am sharing journal entries and taking you on a journey through what inspired me during my own existence in my Island home. The creative process never sleeps and sometimes the biggest realization is that you can be a student to your own inspirations and reflections and learn so much about where life and the next expansion wants to take you. But It Is not always easy to listen to the signs and follow on the nudges. Hiding or NOT taking the leap sometimes seems like an easier option - but It usually comes with a cost...!
Since our theme for this month is creative expansion and I am right on that path with you, I hope that my journal in plain sight and these Musings inspire and encourage you too.
Finding Shelter in Nature

There is nothing to prove here. Nature always welcomes us with open arms in our rawest form. We don't have to overthink anything or present anything. It is unconditional. Thats why It Is so resetting to go out when everything Is chaotic and overwhelming.
This Ancient Bayan Tree enraptured me - reminded me of the purity of nature & how it reconnects us to our own essence, grounds us, recharges us and accepts us just the way we are - without us even having to ask. It also brings me to a place of deep reverence - acknowledging how these sentinels stand watch over many generations...asking for nothing but providing everything.
Return to Your Altar
The altar. as always my anchor! It is a place of return. the beauty that emanates from it and how 'perfect' it feels to me. a visual expression of how cultures blend and morph into each other. The basis of universal consciousness - a remembering daily
No matter how many changes are happening around me or within me, I know i always have to keep claiming my altar/ center & home also in phases of transition. no thing is constant - everything temporary, but that doesn't mean its not worth receiving it or allowing it in for as long as it wants to stay and add to your life.
Do you return to your anchor daily and have this anchor In your life? Even If It Is just one piece that represents a sacred space like that In your home - trust me, It makes a difference!
Creative Expansion Ritual ♡
A ritual for softening beyond old limits and returning to the artist within.
This season Is not about forcing you Into growth. It is about creating enough stillness to hear what is already trying to emerge through you.
Create a small altar for this ritual — a space that feels beautiful, grounding and reflective of your inner world right now.
Light a candle. Add elements from nature, meaningful objects, textures, flowers, art or anything that awakens inspiration within you. Let your altar become a mirror of the energy you wish to call in: softness, expansion, creativity, devotion.
Sit with your space for a few moments in stillness.
Then begin journaling:
Where have I outgrown the limits I still identify with?
What would my creativity look like if it felt completely safe to express?
What inspires me lately — and what might it be revealing about me?
What part of myself is asking to be seen through creation?
How can I bring more beauty, intention and self expression into my daily life?
When you finish, place your journal on the altar for the rest of the evening or month as a symbol of openness to new creative pathways.
Return to this space whenever you need to reconnect with yourself, your vision and your creative essence.
Do this as many times as you want to remember yourself.
I hope that these musings & reflections serve you In your own expansion right now.
When so much is changing - creativity has always been the main outlet for me.
To be inspired and to inspire may be our true purpose.
Now you know more what inspires me to create for you and you may feel the deep roots it has in nature, which also is your nature!
From the "I" to the "All"
(....more on that soon!)
xoxo
