Prism + Fleur ships all orders by priority air mail with tracking - so you will be able to see the progress of your order through its transit to you!
We use typically the following carriers: DHL Global, USPS, UPS, Australia Post International, Yun Express, Fedex, Aramex + some smaller couriers for local handoff.
Our average delivery time for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, European Mainland is no more than 10 business days.

Prism + Fleur is based in Australia + USA - however like most independent deck creators - Our collection is mostly manufactured in Hong Kong - some of our collection is shipped directly from there, as well as from Australia & USA.
This shipping strategy allows for postage prices to be more affordable for our customers as well as impacting the planet less when moving items multiple times between countries!

Short answer - No!
It’s a common misconception that it takes a long time for packages to arrive internationally from China.
We utilise partnerships with USPS, DHL, Fedex and some other carriers who have aircraft that transit direct line from China to USA, EU, Australia etc. so it’s similar delivery times as using a domestic carrier. (A lot of people are used to the economy “epacket” service from China which can take a long time for delivery as it's sent by sea)
Our history of package delivery times falls within the 7-10 days window for most countries! And typically it is faster from Hong Kong/China as this country is a more central hub.
Our standard order processing times are 1-2 business days. This is the time is will take for us to pick, package and hand your order off to the carrier for transit.
Please note - *Handling time is NOT Shipping time*
Shipping times are additional to this handling time eg. your order will take 1-2 business days to pick and package and hand off, and then it will take 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered (this is an example, this timing is not standard across all orders and depends on your location) so this example order will take 5-10 business days for final delivery when you add the handling time estimate on to the transit time. If you have ordered on Etsy, and you cannot see a link to track your item, or the dispatch notification says "no tracking"
You can check your tracking link in the "purchases" tab of your personal Etsy dashboard.
If your tracking number isn't linked correctly through your shipping confirmation email - there is a solution.

Sometimes we are required to ship your order from multiple locations. Usually, you will receive separate shipment notifications and tracking for each parcel you are going to receive. However, if this has not happened, please reach out with your order number, and we can provide the tracking links for you.
